Our practice focuses on additions and renovations, modernization, capital improvements, revitalization, adaptive re-use, and sustainable ("green") design for all types of projects; and on new buildings for businesses and public work. Though we also like very small projects, our maximum effectiveness is on projects ranging from $50,000 to $5 million construction cost.
